Processing Time

Our hair extensions are shipped worldwide without additional shipping charges. Every order has a definite processing time (7 days at most), irrespective of the shipping option selected while checking out. Please remember we dispatch shipments on weekdays only – no packages are sent out on holidays or weekends.

Tracking orders

Once your order has been shipped, another email is sent to you with tracking details. Any issues with tracking should be discussed with the courier company before you talk to us. If you haven’t received your order after the estimated delivery time, please contact us.


Third party charges and express shipping fees are non-refundable. International shipping to some slow-to-ship-countries could take slightly longer that usual. We aren’t liable for any such delays. There are no taxes levied on international orders from our end. However, the state or country might impose taxes, import duties, and other charges the local customs authority considers appropriate. Deliveries are released only after the full repayment of any duties and taxes.

Wrong Address

The buyer should enter the shipping address carefully so there are no errors. If you wish to modify the address, contact us via email right after placing the order. Although we will make every effort to change the address, no guarantee can be offered due to varying time limits within which we operate. In case the shipment has reached the wrong address, you can wait it out till it is returned to our warehouse. We can resend it or provide a full refund.


If an item is being returned, the cost of return shipping back to us has to be borne by you.


All shipments include tracking with confirmation of delivery. If the tracking information indicates your order as “delivered”, but you haven’t received it, contact the couriers immediately. We aren’t responsible for erroneous tracking details.
